Glen Manor House wedding

I've been wanting to share this wedding for a LONG time and finally put the words to "paper" and the images up on this screen!

I met Jordana and Robert for the first time the day before their wedding day at Glen Manor House. I always get a bit nervous when this happens, but when I met Jordana and Robert, I felt as if they were old friends from my childhood, and I knew instantly we would have a fun day working together!

Their love story is one of those make one decision and it changes your whole life kind of love stories. As it turns out, Jordana and Robert met accidentally a few times over the course of a few years. The timing wasn't right and neither one thought much of each meeting until the 3rd time they saw each other. That 3rd time was the charm - they started dating soon after when they both returned home to New Orleans!  Much to Jordana's surprise, Robert proposed on top of a mountain in Colorado just a few short years later. Their love story is most certainly one of fate.

Having grown up in Rhode Island, Jordana envisioned getting married back home in little Rhody and chose the gorgeous Glen Manor House for her July 4th wedding. Jordana's mother is a talented caterer hear in Rhode Island and she orchestrated the whole event beautifully. The decor was classic and elegant with pops of nautical flair. Captain's hats, anchors, personalized soda bottles, and a "SS Richmond" banner were some of my favorites.  It could not have been a more beautiful venue or wedding celebration for this sweet couple!
